PASTORS KEVIN & JOE’L REMING
LEAD PASTORS
Pastor Kevin, along with his wife Joe'l, both serve as Lead Pastors of Life Worship Church in the Buffalo, NY area. They are excited to be founding this new work together. We find it an honor and a privilege to serve the Lord as pastors of Life Worship Church!
Pastor Kevin received the Lord Jesus as his Savior at the young age of seven and has been serving the Lord since! He started school at the University at Buffalo, NY where he sensed God calling him into the ministry. As a result, he moved to Tulsa, OK in order to attend Rhema Bible College, followed by Domata School of Missions.
Over the course of the past 25 years he has served in various capacities of ministry; helps ministry at Rhema Bible Church, missions work in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Central America and Europe, youth ministry, 16 years serving with World Outreach Church in Tulsa, OK assisting in; management, ministry of helps director and associate pastor. Over the past 5 years, he has served in helps ministry at Abundant Life Christian Center in Syracuse, NY.
The ministry of helps serving teams are in his DNA, raising up leaders and serving alongside many teams over the years. Pastor Kevin has a passion to see each person find, thrive in and fulfill their God given place and purpose in life.
Fun Interests: Kevin also enjoys running and competing in 15k races, golfing and great strong Coffee! He is of course a fan of the Buffalo Bills, Sabres & Bisons! He also loves his little buddies Thunder and BarryBear!

Pastor Joe’l along with her husband Kevin, both serve as Lead Pastors of Life Worship Church in the Buffalo, NY area. Pastor Joe’l received the Lord Jesus as her Savior and was filled with the Holy Spirit at the age of 5 years old, and has been serving the Lord faithfully since. Joe’l attended Rhema Bible College in Tulsa, OK where she studied Youth Ministry and was a part of the choir.
Thunder & Barry
Over the past 24 years Joe’l has served in; praise and worship, assisting pastors, ministers, administration and as a youth leader. Joe’l has the biggest heart for worship. It is her passion and life! Joe’l worked on staff at World Outreach Church, where she served as a Music Coordinator and was later an Associate Pastor with her husband. She has also faithfully served at Abundant Life Christian Center as a part of their worship team.
Pastor Joe’l is filled with the Holy Ghost and fire and is excited to be a part of the last day awakening. She has a heart for the East Coast. She loves Jesus with all of her heart and is excited to serve others.
Fun Interests: Joe’l enjoys singing, shopping, beach vacations, lots of laughter and laughter. She loves her boys, Thunder and BarryBear!

TIM & CHRISTA SKURA
LEAD TEAM
CHILDREN & YOUTH MINISTER
Tim Skura, along with his wife Christa, are on the Lead Team at Life Worship Church. Christa is the Life Worship Kids and Youth Minister. She ministers and administrates the entire kids and youth ministry here at LWC. Tim is Coordinator over various aspects of the church. Both were born and raised in the WNY area. They have been married for over 19 years and have two teenage boys, Tyler and Josh. They also have two beautiful golden retrievers, Gracie and Lucy. Tim has worked for General Motors Engine Plant for over 23 years and Christa works for a medical billing service.
The Skura family have been faithful servants in church ministry for several years in the WNY area. They enjoy watching their kids play their various sports like basketball and baseball, while also spending time with their large extended families.

NATALIE SCOTT
LEAD TEAM & ASSISTANT CHILDREN’S & YOUTH COORDINATOR
Natalie Scott, is on the Lead Team at Life Worship Church. Natalie is the Pastoral Assistant assisting the lead pastors and is also the Assistant Children’s & Youth Coordinator.
“I felt a deep void in my life and was tired of the anxiety, stress, and anger. God placed a dear friend, Christa, in my life, who was very strong in her faith. As our friendship grew, God pulled on my heart to draw near to Him. Questioning my faith was an obstacle for me, yet Christa taught me about the goodness of God. His love and patience for me to draw near to Him never faded. Christa was a bright light that led me to the Lord. After receiving Jesus as my Lord and Savior, my life began to change. God healed my heart and brought peace into my life that I never knew existed. What’s even more amazing is that peace spread throughout my home.”
Natalie has been married to her husband, Derek, for 17 years. They have 2 boys, Hayden and Winston, who love the outdoors and love to play baseball, football, and hockey. Natalie continues to grow in her beautiful faith of our Lord and makes serving our Lord a priority in her life.

TRUDI MOAG
HOSPITALITY COORDINATOR
Trudi Moag is the Hospitality Coordinator at Life Worship Church.
As a child Trudi wanted God to be a bigger part of her life than just church on Sunday and was looking for direction. She became interested in the Bible, so her dad bought her one from the used bookstore. Eventually, she found a Bible fellowship and had help understanding God’s Word. Since that time, studying God’s Word has been a life-long pursuit. Through the years she has served at a number of churches in a variety of capacities.
Though not originally from WNY, Trudi has made this area her home for over 30 years and is a real estate agent here. She has been married to her husband Brian for almost 20 years and they have a daughter, Victoria. They also have 3 kitties, Priscilla, Tiger-Lily and Ivy as well as one very energetic double-doodle named Coco. She enjoys gardening, bird watching and the theater.
IRIS MACKAY
SOUND & MEDIA
COORDINATOR
Iris is the Sound and Media Coordinator over the Sound and Media Department here at Life Worship Church. She oversees all the projection, sound, and media team.
Iris was fortunate to have parents who knew the Lord while growing up. As a result, Iris was active in her church and youth groups and received Jesus as her Lord and Savior at age 11. At 16, she rededicated her life to the Lord at a Billy Graham Crusade.
Upon moving to WNY and finishing school, Iris met and began studying the Bible with some ladies who were filled with the Holy Spirit. This changed her life. After being filled with the Holy Spirit herself, she served in different roles at a couple of churches.
During a retreat weekend while serving with the singles ministry, she met the love of her life, although she didn’t know it at the time.
Iris and her husband Malcolm recently celebrated 35 years of marriage. They have four grown children, who all serve the Lord and serve God literally around the world!
The oldest, Jeremy, recently moved to Maryland and is in a spirit filled church. Their daughter Anita, husband Aung and two young grandchildren Arina and Arye reside in Tokyo Japan, where she teaches English in a Christian school. Grace lives in Tampa, Florida and works with autistic children. She serves with Extraordinary Life Church’s singles group and the neighborhood outreach and food panty.
Iris retired from nursing after 20 years, to oversee the care and community activities of their youngest daughter, who has special needs. Rachel loves to praise the Lord using her worship flags.
Iris also enjoys reading, listening to praise and worship, music and photography, which led to her interest in learning how to use new technology.

KATHY REMING
GREETING
COORDINATOR
Kathy is the Greeting Coordinator over Greeting Department here at Life Worship Church. She oversees the greeting team.
She loves to welcome others to hear faith Bible teaching, and to experience the presence of God through worship, as well as enjoy the fellowship of other loving believers.
She has served for many years in various capacities in ministry. She has the gift of hospitality and giving. Her desire is to tell others about the love of God, and salvation through Jesus Christ.
Kathy is a Buffalo native. She is blessed with three beautiful children and two precious granddaughters. She is a Registered Nurse and Certified Natural Health Practitioner. She has been a caregiver for many years. Her passion is to see others have their health restored, and to receive healing from God.
She enjoys her family and her goldendoodle; reading; studying Bible prophecy and praying with her prayer group every week. She is a blessing to many!
